Melatonin - the brain clock regulator.

I ran out of Melatonin after using it for many years to relieve my CFS symptons.
nodding through the day, and tossing and turning all night.
That left me with no energy, and befuddled thinking.
My new supply arrived yesterday, so I put 2 tablets under my tongue last night - and slept for 7 hours straight....feel much better already, I will make sure I don't run out of Melatonin ever again!!
