E-mails About Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:

  • Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order and includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
  • Backorder Notice. This e-mail informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. Your credit card is charged when the item is shipped. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an e-mail with your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
  • Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order, or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected and your shipping location.
  • Important notice about your order. There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, or cancellation of order. Should you receive a notice like this, please call 1-800-325-2664 immediately so the problem can be addressed.


Order Status

Checking on your order is easy. Simply click My Account. There you will find the “Order History” option. Clicking this link will update you on the current processing status of all your prior orders. Please see the “Order Status Glossary” for further details.


Order Status Glossary

  • Pending. This message confirms that we have received your order
  • In Process. This message means we are preparing to process and ship.
  • Filled. The items have shipped from our warehouse and are on their way to the shipping destination indicated by you during checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Wholesale Nutrition pays for 100% of the shipping costs on orders of $50 or more to the US and its territories. US orders under the $50 threshold are subject to a $2.95 flat rate fee. All orders are sent same day via US Priority Mail (1pm CST cutoff), which is both fast and economical.

Unfortunately, at this time US Priority Mail does not offer real time order tracking. If your order was shipped to a US location or territory and it was not received within 3 full business days, please contact us at 1-800-325-2664 so that we can research the order with the US Post Office directly. Please allow up to 15 full business days for all other countries (including Canada).


Delivery of Your Items

Delivery of items sent to US addresses can take anywhere from 1 to 3 full business days except for Military APO/FPO addresses, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Delivery times for all other countries are largely dependent on the customs departments of each respective country but typically items are received within 10 to 15 full business days (Canada included). Shipping for international orders is typically $16.95 for every two items ordered ($9.95 for Canada). Please note that shipping charges are based on product size and weight, so there may be variations in actual cost.

When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:

  • Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. Contact us immediately by calling 1-800-325-2664. 
  • If there is extensive damage to the package, refuse the order and contact us immediately by calling 1-800-325-2664.


Changing or Canceling Your Order

Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is canceled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

After you have clicked "Send My Order," your order begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order.* Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
*Note: You may only cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that:

  • One or more items in your order is on backorder. (You may only cancel the backordered items.) Please contact us immediately at 1-800-325-2664 if you wish to cancel these items.
  • We are unable to process your payment information. Please contact us immediately at 1-800-325-2664 if you wish to cancel your order.

 

RETURNS

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Wholesale Nutrition. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 90 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus our shipping costs.

The item must be returned, unopened and in good condition, and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.


Returning an Item

Here are the basic steps:

  • Pack the item securely in a box or envelope and include your receipt of purchase.
  • All products must be returned, unopened and in good condition, to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We recommend that you use US Priority Mail for your return (the most economical). Please ship the return package to:

  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. We will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price, minus our shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part we will refund your cost of shipping as well.


Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. Contact us immediately by calling 1-800-325-2664. 
  • If there is extensive damage to the package, refuse the order and contact us immediately by calling 1-800-325-2664.

Wholesale Nutrition will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

Item Availability

A product's availability is clearly noted under the product details as "Ships Immediately" or "On Backorder". Most items on our site are always in stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date. For more information, please read the details below.
 

In-Stock Items
Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
 

Backordered Items
Backordered items are items that may not be in-stock, but are available to purchase on our site. You will not be charged for any item until it is in-stock and shipped to you.

At checkout, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. Customers can request, at their own expense, to ship orders next day using US Express Mail. Just select the ‘Express Mail’ option at checkout. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 1:00 p.m. CST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs for Express Mail are dependent on the size of the items in your order. Typically we can only fit two items per each $18.95 Express Mail Parcel. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Finding Products

There are two ways to find the products you are looking for on www.nutri.com: Searching by keyword in the Product Search box or by browsing the links from the Home Page. No matter which method you use, you will find a variety of sorting functions to help you find what you are looking for.
 

Search
Search by keyword(s) by typing a related word to the product or the product's item number in the Product Search box. For example: enter "multivitamin." Simply click "Search" and the search results will be displayed.
 

Search Tips
Here are some tips for narrowing your search and helping you find what you are looking for:

  • Double-check the spelling: misspelled words will often return limited or zero results
  • Use multiple words effectively; be as specific as possible. For example, use: "Vitamin C Tablets" instead of simply typing in "Vitamin C." 

Browse
Browse through our entire selection of products by:

  • Clicking on a particular category, such as "Vitamins & Minerals"
  • Narrowing your selection to a specific group within that category and clicking on it, such as “Vitamin C”.
  • View specialty lists such as well as our Bestsellers, New Products, and On Sale items.
  • Selecting a specific product based on the categories you've browsed through.


Order By Item #

For a quicker online shopping experience, you can add items directly to your Shopping Cart using just the Item #. Simply click on the Order By Item # link and you will be taken to the Quick Order Form. Just enter the Item # and Quantity desired and the requested items will be added to your cart. You can locate a product’s Item # in the product description. You will also find the Item # on a receipt from a prior purchase. Once you have added the Item # and Quantity desired, simply click the Add To Order button. From there, you will be taken into your Shopping Cart. Click Checkout and you are on your way to completing your order. Fast, easy, and hassle-free!


Quick Reorder

The Quick Reorder page is a feature that will allow you to store your favorite products for future visits. To add a product to be stored in your Quick Reorder profile, simply click the image of the product that you want to add. Next click the Add to Reorder link. This will prompt you to sign in with your e-mail address and password. If you have not yet created your nutri.com account, please click here for further details. After signing in to your account, you will be taken to the Quick Reorder page where you will find the product that you just selected is now being stored for future visits. It will remain here indefinitely until you remove it by clicking on the Delete button.

The next time you visit nutri.com, simply click the Quick Reorder link on the Homepage, log in, and voila! Your product is already there waiting for you. Click on the product image and then click Add to Cart. Your product is now ready to be purchased.


Product Detail Page

Our Product Detail pages contain all the information you need to learn more about a product. Most Product Detail pages have links to information that will help you choose the product that's right for you. Check out all the features of a Product Detail page below:

  • Pricing Information is located right above the ‘add to cart box’. You will see a Retail Price, Our Price, and any product savings you will receive by purchasing at Wholesale Nutrition.
  • Image you will see a visual image of the actual product you have selected.
  • Size, Strength, and Item Number each product displays a size and strength along with an item number next to the bottle image.
  • Item Availability is displayed above the Pricing Information. This tells you if the product is in-stock or on backorder.
  • Product Descriptions give you detailed information pertaining to the product. The description appears just below the product image.
  • Labels of many products can be viewed by selecting the "Label" tab.
  • Read and Write Reviews you can read existing product reviews or write your own!
  • Related Products offer you the chance to add products to your cart that complement the product you are interested in buying.
  • Read More provides you with additional articles and information related to a product.


Shopping Cart

When you are shopping on www.nutri.com and add an item to your cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a retail store. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased, removed, or out of stock. Options in the Shopping Cart include:

  • Keep shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on www.nutri.com, you can use the Shopping Cart to store items you wish to purchase. Click on "Keep Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping Cart by clicking on "View Cart." (top of page)
  • Clear. This will clear your cart of all contents.
  • Recalculate. This ensures the accuracy of items in your Shopping Cart and the quantity selected.
  • Update the quantity. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Recalculate."
  • Remove an item from your Shopping Cart. To remove an item, click the "Remove" box or change the quantity to zero and click "Recalculate."

Returning Customers:

    • Your account stores information such as your billing and shipping address. It also provides you with status updates on your orders. The password ensures that only you can have access to your account information.
  2. Select or Add Shipping Address. Next, select or add the shipping address where you would like your order sent.
    • If your billing address is the same as your shipping address, click the "Same as Billing Address" box and then click “Continue” at the bottom of the page. If your shipping address is different than your billing address, complete the form labeled “Shipping Address”, and then click "Continue".
  3. Select Shipping Options. Select a shipping method for your item(s) and click "Continue".
  4. Select and Enter Payment Options. There are two ways you can complete your order:
    • Fill out the “Pay by Credit Card” box by entering the name listed on your credit card, the card type, the card number, and the expiration date. Then click “Complete Order”. For more information on payment options, click here.

If you would like to pay for your order offline, press the “Complete Order” button in the Offline Payment box to print out your receipt. You will be given an order number, and your order will be saved in our system.
