Great Stuff

I have nothing bad to say about this product. It is fantastic, especially when compared to other Vitamin C supplements. There are no stomach issues or funny feeling on the teeth, which allows me to take larger doses. This way I can really feel the benefits without the usual side effects of a large dose of Vitamin C.

Top Quality

The Best!

This is the best Vit C on the market! We mix a teaspoon in our morning juice and it disolves in no time with little effort. There have been many colds and flu bugs around our offices, but we have not gotten any of them. This product keeps us healthy! Feel a little sniffle coming on? A little under the weather? A teaspoon in your juice or even plain water and you will be good to go! Awesome product I highly recommend to all!!!

the best

This stuff is fantastic. I mix it w water and some lemon. It's easy to in to juice for the kids. It's very clean. And high in minerals. I high dose vitamin C because I'm low and I believe this one's the best I've found and way more affordable. I felt like I was getting sick the other day and I took two teaspoons aka 16000mg and by noon I forgot I even thought I was sick. Also helps w sore muscles. And gum health. I'm buying it for my sister now too.

Simply the Best

When I first started using C-Salts I remember feeling immediately more energised and realised that my vitamin C levels must have been very low. It is an issue which can be easily overlooked. I have used C-Salts for over 5 years. During that time I have used it on a daily basis to maintain my Vitamin C intake. Since then I have rarely suffered with any illness. Whenever I was feeling "off colour" I would increase the dose and take it 3 times a day. Word of warning, if you don't need it your body very quickly expel your "overdose".

Excellent!! It was recommended to get bowels moving. I have Lyme Disease and other coinfections and have tried just about everything in the last 25 years for detox. I take 3 teaspoons (all at once) every day and it's the ONLY THING that works for constipation for me.

Interesting...

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little hesitant to try it (because of the taste and I'm not really into carbonation). It reminded me a little of the original Alka-Seltzer or quinine water - not bad at all. In fact, I kinda like it!

If I am diligent to start using this great product the minute I detect the beginnings of a sore throat, I never even get a cold. If I'm a little late, the cold happens, but is less severe and ends sooner than otherwise. I cannot understand why everyone doesn't have this product on their shelf as a first defense (along with echinacea) against those nasty viruses.

Working for a health system is very rewarding. But in doing so, I'm around all kinds of airborne health hazards. Best Vitamin C around!

After going through several different brands of C and always being hit and miss with them helping me feel better when I start taking large amounts when I feel sickness coming on this stuff is awesome! I can mix up several teaspoons in a couple quarts of water and sit it throughout the day and by the next day I'm feeling back to my usual self. A Must for Everyone

People in their late 20's are dying of heart attacks. As it turns out - the atmosphere is loaded with barium and aluminum. Barium knocks potassium out of the body and sets us up for heart problems. Good for Daily Regimen

This seems to be a very easy way to get Vitamin C, plus the fairly good balance of minerals. (I would have liked it to contain a higher proportion of magnesium versus calcium, but this is remedied by taking magnesium ascorbate separately or adding to make a custom mix.) The fine powder dissolves quite quickly and thoroughly, and the taste is quite different than plain ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate. Personally, I don't like the taste of sodium ascorbate, plus it leaves my mouth with a salty taste all day. Ascorbic acid is OK, but it does not dissolve very quickly, and I think having the additional minerals is a benefit for daily use. I use the ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate over and above my daily regimen when I get sick, but as I am becoming more sophisticated (e.g. taking extra Vitamin D in the winter, and taking the Vitamin C four or five times a day without fail), I find that I am not getting sick nearly as much as I used to, and it is not as serious when I do. I also give this to my kids (and also magnesium ascorbate). Fever? Runny nose? Infants and toddlers have a hard time sleeping when they are sick -- even if they just have a cold. The Vitamin C will often relieve the symptoms long enough for them to get to sleep and have a good rest -- and then my wife and I can get some rest, too! I just wish I had read about Klenner, Cathcart, and Pauling before our first child was born; it would have saved a lot of misery for the whole family! C-Salts and magnesium ascorbate are easy to give to the young ones because they dissolve quickly and the taste seems to be OK for them when some juice is added. Shake well after dissolving when using a sippy cup in order to get all of the bubbles out -- otherwise the pressure will tend to make the liquid leak out if the cup is left on its side.

White Gold

Whenever I use this product, I can feel its effects right away. Plus it tastes great! There is a great amount of deception out there concerning what should be used to heal yourself due to control & greed. Always look to nature for the answer. I believe the proper path to health is out of the hands of the vast majority of doctors that have forgotten how to think and care for the patient and instead prescribe pills based upon a data entry placed into a computer. The right amount of nutrition can heal any disease, but the problem is reaching that level sustainably. Our family no longer gets colds!

We live in Western New York, where winter weather can be unpredictable to say the least! We've been using C-salts for five years now and no one in my family has suffered a bad cold. It's great for daily winter maintenance. At the first sign of the sniffles, we immediately reach for the C-salts. Our symptoms never progress beyond that.

Easy to take

GREAT VALUE - GREAT QUALITY - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YEARS!!! I mix up a week's worth of C-Salts drinks in a recycled water bottle and pop it in the fridge. I put about 6 teaspoons in the bottle with a small funnel, add 8 ounces of water and shake. (I like a little extra water in mine.) I write a BIG "C" all over the bottle with a permanent marker. Mornings and evenings I take a big swig when I open the fridge. Makes it easy to take and I get my Vitamin C without any hassles.

I take around 4-6 tsp a day which is about 16-24 g however I have read (and experienced) that the ascorbates aren't as powerful as straight C powder, but I get heartburn easily so I love this stuff.

Cure Influenza Super Fast

I am a General Medical Practitioner for over 40 years and I have discovered the C-Salt I take regularly at 12 to 15 grams daily can also be the best cure for persistent symptoms of Influenza. Just take 5 grams every 2 hours till body tolerance as indicated by a sudden toilet run. Then maintain that dose per day and the influenza will disappear like magic. I got rid of my last attack in just 2 days flat and for me my tolerance dose was just over 45 grams a day. The tolerance dose is very individualized. For some it may be as low as 25 grams and for some it may be much more than 50 grams. Just have to test it yourself. You will get only one run and there is no discomfort like colic. Great thing is, it works for every one and every time you use it this way.
